Blackmore Four was established and is run by Matthew Emerson, a specialist in Organisational Strategy and Leadership consulting, Organisational Change Management and Human Resource Management.
Matthew has degrees in Business and Human Resource Management and Business Psychology, using this education to complement his extensive experience to provide expert insight and pragmatic solutions based on research and tested methodology.
Matthew has previously worked with business leaders in organisations of all sizes, from SME's to global corporations and across a wide range of industries, including in Science and Technology, Engineering, Manufacturing, Financial Services, Healthcare and Education.
